In my efforts to research "volunteerism" I invested in a membership to e-volunteerism.com. It has a huge listing of journal articles dealing with every conceivable aspect of volunteering and managing volunteers. One of the linked sites is called Energize Inc and is filled with ideas to foster the volunteer spirit of volunteers and those who support them. There is a site that list training opportunities put on by the training staff. Its called "Everybody Ready" and finally there is a library site called the Bookstore where members can purchase books and other materials with a focus on volunteering and volunteer management.
